- Whether you are a new club or an established club, knowing the right legal structures is a must to ensure the committee members are aware of liability and understand the financial implications.
- It gives club members an opportunity to understand good governance which helps reduce confusion, increases accountability, and ensures everyone is responsible for the club and knows what is expected from them.
