Renew club affiliation without delay to avoid losing benefits

Affiliation for the 2024-25 season expired on 31st July and must be renewed by 31st August to ensure the continuation of the full rights and privileges that come with being a member club. 

Clubs that have not renewed by 31st August will have only restricted access to VolleyZone, meaning that while the ability to renew affiliation will remain, access to certain functionalities – such as Team Rosters, Team Sheets, and other features – will be unavailable until renewal is complete. 

Full access will be restored once the affiliation has been purchased and approved by Volleyball England. 

Clubs should also take note that their volleyball activities will not be covered by the NGB’s insurance beyond the end of August, unless affiliated. 

Please also ensure that all necessary information is updated (see guide below) so your affiliation application can be approved without delay.
