List you event on Volleyball England website

You can request your event information is shared by submitting it here. 

Key information to detail includes name of the event, the name of the event organiser, the type of event (indoor, sitting, beach, grass), the start and finish date and times and general details, plus contact email and social media links. 

Events will be displayed on this website page here. 

A selection of events will also be listed in the monthly Time Out newsletter that goes out to members. 

Volleyball England will try to upload the event as soon as possible, but note there is a manual process to do this so please allow three to five working days for upload.

Mandatory requirements for event to be posted:

1) Risk Assessment 
2) Safeguarding Procedures
3) You are an affiliation Club or Association to Volleyball England 

Please note: if there are non-affiliated clubs participating in your event, it is recommended you ask for a copy of their insurance to show they are suitably covered.  

If there is anything missing from your event registration, Volleyball England will contact you directly, but this will delay your event being registered.
