NVL Preview (7th and 8th November) - TSW bid to knock Onyx off their perch

Women's NVL
Third takes on first as Team South Wales and Onyx London face off on Saturday at Eastern Community Campus.
The capital side currently lead their rivals by three points having played two more games and could stretch that lead further across the border.
But if the hosts can prevail, they will go level on points with a game in hand and with their 100% record still intact.

Team Essex Trinity have yet to get their campaign underway but do start on Saturday when they welcome Oxford Eagles to St John Payne School.
On Sunday, Richmond will bid to make it three victories in a row, after losing their season opener, when Reading Aces come calling.
The teams currently occupy the bottom four places in Division 1 North have the opportunity to improve their respective standings this weekend with none of the top four in action.
The highest placed of that quartet, Manchester Marvels Mayhem, journey to Loughborough Students, while Manchester Moss Side Jaguars make the short trip to Everton Belugas.

Bedminster have the chance to extend their lead at the Division 2 Central summit with two home games in as many days, with Cambridge 2 and then Leicester Athena Nova their opponents.
Cambridge's aforementioned trip to the West Country also sees them take on Bristol 2 on the Sunday, who will have also taken on Black Country 24 hours previously.
Leicester also play twice, preceding their date with the leaders with a meeting with MK City, a team they also played in Division 3 Central last season, where both ended up winning promotion.
There are three fixtures in Division 2 Central, all on Saturday morning, as top side Newcastle Staffs go to Manchester Liberators, both with unbeaten records on the line.
Sheffield host Manchester Marvels Mystics while The Miners Doncaster and Leeds Gorse 2 go in search of their first win.

Herts can go level on points with London Ravens and Southampton at the top – albeit having played two more games – if they earn maximum points against winless Sussex Dolphins in Division 2 South.
Ashcombe Dorking entertain Dartford Chargers in the division's only other game.
In Division 3 North, Isle of Man Falcons make the trip over to the mainland to play both Darkstar Derbyshire 2 and Urmston Grammar in a triangular at Litherland High School.
Men's NVL
Leeds Gorse will bid to join Durham Palatinates and Sheffield on three wins from three when they make the journey south to face Lincoln Cannons in Division 1 North.
Also looking to improve their standing are last year's National Sheild winners, Darkstar Derbyshire, who welcome Manchester Marvels to the East Midlands.
Coventry and Warwick Riga and Black Country also do battle, with West Midlands pride at stake.

Seven out of eight teams are in action in Division 1 South, with London Aces bidding to make it six wins on the spin as they are a home to an MK City side seeking their first victory of the 26-27 league campaign.
Bristol's second and third games of the season take place in the same city on consecutive days as they visit Cambridge ARU on Saturday and Rhinos Cambridge on Sunday.
Elsewhere, Dartford Crossers have home advantage against Oxford Bulls on Sunday.

Weymouth and Wessex will bid to underline their Division 2 South title credentials when they meet at Redlands Sports Hub, particularly as pacesetters London Lionhearts are without a game.
Also on Saturday, the only two teams yet to win, London Baks and Kent Invicta, will meet, with luck due to change for one of the combatants.
Despite being four games unbeaten in Division 2 North, Loughborough Students are second in the table on set quotient but can leapfrog leaders Leeds Gorse 2 if they triumph at home to early strugglers, Sheffield Springers.

Nottingham Rockets have a 2-2 record so far and take on an Everton Dugongs side who have won one and lost on, meaning someone will take their overall standing into the positive.
