Level 2 coaches have chance to broaden their skills via Technical Modules

Level 2 coaches have chance to broaden their skills via Technical Modules

Existing Level 2 coaches are invited to refresh their knowledge and broaden their respective skill sets by taking part in one of three code-specific technical modules being offered by Volleyball England.

They will be held in September alongside the practical elements of the Coach Award course, staged at the National Volleyball Centre in Kettering.

Each programme includes a comprehensive ‘how-to toolkit’ specifically crafted to tackle challenges and enhance player development and performance

During each, the game-based coaching approach will be emphasised, recognising its importance for player growth.

Additionally, the Volleyball England Fundamentals Framework – a mental model that aids in teaching, analysing, and evaluating players – will be explored in full.

There is no formal assessment, but learners are expected to complete the volleyball observation and analysis task prior and attend the module in full to receive certification.

The deadline to apply is Saturday 31st August and you need to already be a qualified Level 2 and Volleyball England-registered coach to apply.
