Entries now live for NVL and Cup and Shield competitions

This can be done by logging onto the new VolleyZone system. The deadline for entries into the NVL is Friday 14th July and for the National Cup and Shield it is Sunday 16th July.  

NVL registration

Step-by-step instructions on how to do this can be found in a video here. First log into your Club Admin Portal using the instructions sent from membership@volleyballengland.org on Friday 23rd June. 

If the Club Secretary is not the preferred club member to purchase the team entries, please follow the below steps to create additional club administrators: 

• Log into the club admin profile  
• Under ‘settings’ in the bottom right corner of the page, click 'Manage User Accounts' 
• If there are any club admin users who already have access, they will show up for you. 
• You can add an individual by clicking the red '+ add' button
• The parent will already be populated as the club 
  
• The name is the individual’s username they can use to log in - you can create this 
• Add in their email  
• Create a password for them (anything in bold is a mandatory field) 
• Click the red 'save' button underneath and the individual will then show on the view account list 
• You can share the log in details with the individual.

Please note that if you were a Team Secretary or Secondary Team Contact on the previous VolleyZone system, it is unlikely that you will be able to enter your teams until the above steps has been undertaken. 

National Cup and Shield 

The same instructions are applicable for National Cup entry as above for the NVL entry. 

If you are looking to merge your NVL teams into an amalgam team, guidance on what is permitted can be found in Regulation J1 of the NVL regulations. 

To enter an Amalgam they must be selected as the team competing in the highest NVL division. If you would like to enter a Non-NVL regional or local team from your club, firstly log in into your Club Admin Portal they will need to be created as follows: 

• Select ‘Team Sheet Panels’ and click ‘+Add’ 
• Then select the ‘Age Grade’ as Adult Women or Open (County Association). For example Adult Women (East Midlands Volleyball Association). 
• Then click on the ‘Select a Team’ drop down and ‘--Create New Team--) 
• Then type in to the ‘Enter Unique Team Name’ box your club followed by. For example ‘Ashfield Vipers 2’.
