Half century up for Ashcombe Tournament

The annual Ashcombe "Champagne Volleyball Tournament celebrates its 50th edition this year – and you can be part of it!

It will be held on Sunday 28th June 2026 on grass courts at Dorking RFC, Brockham, RH3 7LZ.

The entry form for this year's tournament can be found by clicking here, and completing and returning it together with an entry fee will secure a place.

Entries will be accepted in order of payments so please apply early to avoid disappointment. Any offers to volunteer at the tournament and setting up on Saturday is most welcome.

“This is a very special date for me and Ashcombe VC so we hope you can join us to celebrate the special occasion,” said tournament organiser Freda Bussey MBE.

“We are only accepting entries from Mixed adult teams and U16 and U14 Junior teams. Teams should be from the South East Region.”

There will be a licenced bar, a barbecue, rolls, sandwiches, snacks and hot and cold drinks available all day, while on-site parking is free and tournament t-shirts will be available to buy.

All winning teams will win a bottle of fizz and gold medals, with silver medals going to the runners up.

Matches start from 10am and finish at approximately 5pm.
