As our time at the National Volleyball Centre in Kettering comes to a close, we reflect with coaches and Volleyball England’s Interim Chair on the legacy the centre leaves behind and the pivotal role it has played in shaping volleyball in England

Volleyball England has hosted hundreds of events, camps, courses, workshops, seminars and other volleyball-related gatherings during its near 16-year stay at the National Volleyball Centre in Kettering.
The National Volleyball Centre in Kettering became the home of Volleyball England on Saturday 7th November 2009 – and has proven to be a superb facility to help the sports continuing development in the 16 years since then.
Clubs who were affiliated with Volleyball England last season but have not yet done so for 2025-26 are reminded that time is running out to keep full VolleyZone access and retain insurance cover.
