Exploring Legal Structures workshop
This workshop will help you to understand the different options that are available to your club and highlight any considerations if you are looking to change your legal structure.
This workshop has consistently been one of our most popular sessions in previous years. It focuses on helping volleyball clubs identify the right legal structure to build a strong foundation for long-term growth, including areas such as membership, finances, and safeguarding. Whether you're a newly formed club or a well-established one, understanding your legal structure is crucial for effective planning and development.
Good governance is at the heart of this workshop, providing clubs with the tools to reduce confusion, enhance accountability, and clarify the responsibilities of committee members. By addressing liability and financial implications, participants will gain the knowledge needed to ensure their club operates efficiently and sustainably.
