Could you be a judge for the Annual Awards 2025?
The awards is now open for nominations ahead of the presentation ceremony, which will take place in April.
Alongside that, the search is also on to find suitable candidates to pick out the most deserving entries for further recognition.
Judges should be passionate and knowledgeable with a deep love for sport and a commitment to fairness and excellence.
Individuals should:

Have a strong understanding of the sporting community in England (either through participation, volunteering, coaching, or supporting the sport).

Be impartial and fair-minded, offering balanced assessments of nominees.

Be able to commit to the required time for reviewing nominations.

Be passionate about recognising the achievements and contributions of others.
Volleyball England would like to have diversity in the panel in terms of people’s experience in sport, including people coming from different backgrounds and perspectives.
Timescales

Volleyball England will be compiling and sharing nominations for certain categories on 11th March.

The judges will have over a week to go through them and mark each based on the award criteria.

The marked list should be submitted by 21st March.
The impact you will make
By being on the judging panel, you will help ensure that those who contribute the most to volleyball in England are given the recognition they deserve.
From coaches and referees present on matchday, to volunteers who work tirelessly behind the scenes, every person nominated is part of something bigger that is helping the sport grow.
