Individual registrations open for 2024-2025 season

Volleyball England is pleased to confirm that individual registrations are now open for the 2024-25 season.

This includes players, coaches, officials and other individuals who need to be registered to take part in national competitions, events and activities during the coming 12 months. 

Registration for 2023-24 lapsed yesterday (31st July 2024), while new registrations will remain active until 31st July 2025. 

There are a host of benefits for those who register, depending on your role in the sport.

Registration process 

Those registered last year will receive an email inviting them to do so again for 2024-25, via VolleyZone, but you can also follow the instructions below. 

If you are registering for the first time, click here and follow the on-screen instructions. 

The applicable fee depends on the role and age of the applicant. 

Registration steps 

• Log into your account. 
• Select your primary club. 
• Select the green ‘membership register or renew’ button. 
• Select ‘1’ registration again the correct coach registration package. 
• Scroll down and select the red ‘continue’ button.
• You can then follow the on-screen steps to complete your coach registration.  

Please note: If you hold multiple roles, once you have purchased your first registration you can upgrade this. 

If you have a referee qualification, you can purchase a dual registration - coach and referee. You can follow the same steps as above, selecting the Dual package - Coach and Referee instead.  

Clubs reminder 

Clubs who have not yet affiliated are reminded that they should do so as soon as possible. Any clubs not completing their affiliation (having this approved by Volleyball England) by the 31st August 2024 will lose access to administer their club on VolleyZone and therefore not be covered through insurance.

Please note: If you have paid for your club affiliation, this does not automatically mean you are affiliated for the 2024-25 season - you may still be contacted directly by a member of the Hub Team to get this completed if there are any outstanding issues that need to be resolved.
