Bookings now open for the Volleyball England Coach Award Course (Indoor)

This course is specifically for individuals who have experience of coaching and are operating in a club environment. 

The award gives a basic introduction to sports coaching and general overview of all aspects of the indoor (6v6) technical specialism. 

The course residential will be held on 16th and 17th September in Northampton. The cost of the course will be £450 plus a booking service fee*, which includes bed, breakfast, and evening meal on the Saturday. 

Course dates 

• Webinar 1: 20th July (7.30pm to 9pm). 
• Residential weekend: 16th and 17th September (10am to 8pm and 9am to 5pm) at Kettering Science Academy (NN15 7AA). 
• Webinar 2: 12th October (7.30 to 9pm). 

Additional course information 

 Attendance to these sessions is mandatory in order to pass the course. 

In your own time you will also be required to complete eLearning modules and a series of assessment tasks.

Bookings will close on 12th July 2023. To secure your place, you need to be a registered Assistant Coach (or Level 1 equivalent). Bookings will operate on a first come, first serve basis. 

* From 26th June, Volleyball England moved to the new VolleyZone booking system where there will be an additional service fee of 3.2% plus 50p. This needs to be paid in full at the time of booking.  

How to book 

Please follow these instructions:

1) Log into your SportLomo VolleyZone account. You will need to login under the Volleyball England association, not your region or club. You must be at least 18 years of age to book onto this course. You must also be a Volleyball England registered coach and hold a Volleyball England Assistant Coach Award or Level 1 equivalent qualification. 

2) Once you have logged in, from the left-hand navigation menu select ‘events’.  

3) From the events list, locate the Indoor (6v6) Coach Award | Northampton. Add this to your basket and follow the checkout process.
