Pro Volley Academy sponsor Young Coach of the Year Award
We would like to place on record our thanks to Pro Volley Academy for sponsoring our 2023 Young Coach of the Year award.
Pro Volley Academy, launched in 2020 by IBB Polonia London and Future Stars Foundation, is a sporting excellence academy programme designed to allow 16-19 year old Volleyball athletes to continue to develop both their athletic and academic performance.
Players on the programme, which has produced five England Under 18 athletes in it's first three years, represent IBB Polonia London's junior teams in both local and national Grand Prix competitions.
The Pro Volley Academy Young Coach of the Year award was presented by Bartek Luszcz of Pro Volley Academy to Harriett Philp-Edwards of The Boswells School, for her tireless work coaching children and young adults.
Bartek Luszcz, Chief Executive of Pro Volley Academy, said:
“It was our pleasure to sponsor the Young Coach of the Year Award.
"We are delighted that Volleyball in England is becoming more popular, and as Pro Volley Academy we want to continue to be a major part of that. Congratulations to the winner - Harriett Philp-Edwards!”
Charlie Ford, Chief Executive of Volleyball England, said:
"I'd like to extend my thanks to Pro Volley Academy for their backing of our Young Coach of the Year award.
Like Pro Volley Academy, we recognise the importance of developing and supporting the next generation. We're delighted that they were able to partner with us to pay tribute to the remarkable efforts of our young coaches across the country."
