NVL draft fixtures announced

NVL draft fixtures announced

Draft fixtures for the new Super League and NVL 2024-25 seasons have now been released.

Matches for both men’s and women's NVL will begin on the 5th and 6th October with Super League Opening Weekend Returning for the 2024/25 season taking place the following weekend (12th and 13th October).

All opening games of the Super League will be played at the National Volleyball Centre in Kettering.

This season is shaping up to be another thrilling one with 12 new teams joining the NVL

“Fixture confirmation will open today allowing clubs to confirm times and locations of matches, we would encourage clubs to check their fixtures thoroughly and use the dashboard to request any changes with opposition teams so a final set of fixtures can be produced and everyone can make firm plans and put dates in their diaries,” said Strategic Manager for An Ace Service, Rob Payne.

Changes to fixtures can be made via VolleyZone with a tutorial on how to request a change to a fixture being explained here

Member clubs are reminded that they must affiliate before the end of the month to avoid losing key benefits such as insurance, restricted access on VolleyZone and the right to enter national competitions.

The deadline to complete the fixture confirmation process is 8th August 2024 at 11.59pm.

At this point, the fixtures will be locked, and referees will start to be appointed to matches.
