The Let’s Play Volleyball programme is built on a strong philosophy that embraces the development of young players. With this in mind leadership and officiating, event organising skills are cultivated through three distinctive award programmes that help young people to:
- Develop communication skills
- Conduct simple practices in a safe environment
- Organise and referee festivals based on small sided games
- Organise a festival/event or provide support at festival/event
Tutor Resource Packs are available from our online shop for £50.00 each. These stand alone packs allow any PE teachers or Level 2 Volleyball Coaches to run these awards an unlimited number of times in their school / club.

Young Leaders Award
The Young Leaders award is suitable for 14-19 year olds wishing to develop their skills through coaching, refereeing and organising community volleyball activity. It is a 6 hour award. Click here to find out more.
Young Referees Award
The Young Referees award is suitable for 14 - 19 year olds and will enable candidates to competently officiate all of the small-sided game formats of the Let’s Play Volleyball programme. It is a 6 hour award. Click here to find out more.
Young Event Volunteers Award
This is a brand new award, due to be launched in February 2012 for 14 - 19 year olds. It will enable the candidates to competently organise their own festival or tournament and learn skills required to volunteer at domestic and international volleyball events. It is a 6 hour award.
